Right of Revocation

Before you return the product to us, please contact the Cleverbridge Customer Support.

Your order will be refunded as soon as we have received the product.

Special information for packaged products:

The claim expires if the package was sealed and the box is either unsealed or the seal is damaged.

Special Information to downloadable products:

Downloadable products are not covered by this right to withdrawal.

Important:

If you paid for your order by credit card, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card account. This process, depending on your credit card issuing bank, can take up to two weeks. Please also be aware of the fact that the refund may appear on the next credit card statement you receive from your credit card issuer.
